Teacher in The Mind

               Have a professional teacher, why not? When we were a student, we have a special teacher. Which is your special teacher?

Reflect from my experience. I liked a teacher who is friendly, comfortable, give smile, no angry and understand student. Most the student disliked a teacher who is angry, no creative, monotonous, like strike, bad personality and egocentric.

Be a teacher candidate, we can study from experience. All teacher want to give the best to their students. But teaching and learning methods are different. If we don’t like about the teaching methods of teacher that is monotonous, so we can reflect to make innovation or new methods so that students are not boring. The teachers are not only be teachers but also friends for the students.

In here, I will share about six items to be the effective teacher. Okay, you know, Guys?

          Firstly, Well-preparation. This point is very important because well-preparation will support a teaching and learning process. A teacher make a lesson plan in each teaching activity so that make to manage time, planning methods, a lesson preparation and tools. If that all is clear , so the teacher is not nervous. The teacher and student enjoy in the class.

           Secondly, creative (using variety of teaching methods). The teaher has variety of methods so the students don’t boring. But we can choose a method is suitable with the lesson. We can use games methods, case study, lecturing, etc so we can compare with other.

           Thirdly, good personality. The teacher can keep their profile, clothes, a clean body and environment, their voice, word, or may be a control emotion. It will be a individual that is appropriate, confident, and a good personality.

Fourth, objective. The teacher can give assessment for students. She or he can see the student’s ability. And also the teacher give motivation for student to study and love the lesson.

          Fifth, reflective. The teacher can reflect and study from experience. With reflection, so the teacher can add their ability. So the teaching process is better than last methods.

          Sixth, understand student. This is very important for teacher. How make the student understand a concept of lesson. Student is not only study formula and remember it but also the student can know a process and apply in their life or real life.

           In conclution the six component are very important to improve the teacher’s ability. Be teacher not only give materials but all anything that can add the good experience. How teach from hearth and love that. Make a new generation of teacher.
